Bookings are made via the online booking calendar.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full.

Bookings may be transferred to another guest with 24 hours prior notice. But if there are extenuating reasons as to why this is not possible please get in touch and I will do whatever I reasonably can to accommodate you.

All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is charged per person unless otherwise stated.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed.

Astrophotography tours are inherently weather dependent and clear sky conditions cannot be guaranteed.

Sessions operate under a wide variety of conditions, including partial cloud, wind and atmospheric variations. These conditions do not automatically result in cancellation.

The host retains sole discretion to determine if weather conditions are suitable to proceed, modify, postpone or cancel an event.

If conditions are assessed as unsuitable for astrophotography:

1. The session may be rescheduled; or,
2. A credit valid until a future date will be issued.

Refunds are not automatically provided for weather-related cancellations.

More than seven days prior to the event a booking may be rescheduled or a credit issued.

Within seven days of the event payments are non refundable.

In the case of no-shows or late arrivals no refund or credit is available.

The bottom line? I'm not here to nickel and dime anyone and will do my best to accommodate all reasonable requests.

Events may be cancelled or rescheduled due to:

1. Unsafe weather conditions;
2. Access restrictions;
3. Operational or safety considerations; or
4. Minimum numbers not being met.

Where this occurs, guests will be offered:

1. Rescheduling;
2. Credit towards a future experience; or,
3. Refund at the host's discretion.

Events require minimum participant numbers to operate.

If minimum numbers are not reached, guests will be notified and offered rescheduling or credit.

Guests acknowledge that evening outdoor activities occur in remote environments or across terrain that may be steep or uneven.

Participants must:

1. Follow all safety instructions;
2. Wear suitable clothing and footwear able to accommodate rough or uneven terrain;
3. Exercise reasonable personal care; and,
4. Respect private property and the natural environment.

A moderate level of mobility is required.

If you are unsure about anything safety related beforehand, please get in contact before the tour and I will address any concerns with you.

The host accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal equipment, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Guests remain responsible for their own personal equipment at all times.

The bottom line here is reasonableness and commonsense.

Guests are welcome to photograph during the experience.

The host may capture images for promotional purposes.

Guests who prefer not to appear in promotional imagery should advise the host prior to the session.
